Responsible for the modern trade strategy and ensuring the achievement of the business objectives, including delivering the target volume, excellent execution and market share.
National key accounts & regional key account strategy
Lead a large, high performing team of commercial leaders
Develops and leverages effective business building relationships with key accounts for mutual sales and profitability benefit through the development and implementation of category management principles
Business planning & budget management
Regularly evaluates key accounts performance to identify potential opportunities
Continuously engage stakeholders at all levels, both internally & externally
The Successful Applicant
Extensive background in modern trade leadership opportunities, with a wealth of experience handling complex key accounts
Proven track record leading high performing teams
Experience working in the Philippines / Southeast Asia is highly desirable
This role would suit a National Sales Manager / Sales Director looking for a large-scale commercial leadership role, in an entrepreneurial environment. Local candidates in the Philippines & returning Filipinos from overseas are very welcome to apply.
