QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in automotive sales support, finance, or a related field is preferred. 
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of automotive financing processes and industry regulations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Professional appearance and demeanor. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customers in completing financial applications and documentation related to vehicle purchases. 
Work closely with lending institutions and banks to secure financing options for customers. 
Review and verify financial documents for accuracy and compliance with industry regulations. 
Communicate effectively with customers, sales consultants, and financial institutions to ensure a smooth sales process. 
Provide information and guidance to customers regarding financing terms, interest rates, and payment options. 
Assist in coordinating and scheduling vehicle deliveries, ensuring all financial requirements are met. 
Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and customer information. 
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to financing and payments. 
Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
