The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving business growth by hitting sales targets, spotting new business opportunities, and growing the business.
Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of company products or services
Learn the needs of clients and developing plans and solutions to meet them
Sell products and services in person and over the phone or online video calls
Rigorously prospect for new business, set up meetings, and follow up with leads in your pipeline
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients
Negotiate with clients and close deals to meet sales targets
Develop sales materials, presentations, kits and document templates in collaboration with management and marketing design team
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Ensure sales requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
Establish good relationships with clients and maintain client database
Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business and keep the business competitive
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
Collaborate closely with other functional teams to ensure an excellent client experience at all times
Prepare sales reports
Providing management with feedback
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companys CRM or other sales management system
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent course
Familiarity with the local property tech market
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to understand and present contracts
Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
