We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales for a dynamic and modern home improvement company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To generate leads, establish contact, present offerings and close sales for the company
To conduct in-depth product demonstrations of products/services
To act as link between the organization and the clients to ensure clients take more interest in products and services rendered by the business organization
To maximize sales, achieve targets and contribute to the growth of sales
To develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent and professional client service
To travel throughout all sales territories and market the company's offerings
To carry out duties dedicated by the requirements of the business
Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Accompany principal to on site client visits and to monitor project developments to further asses client needs.
Create and present sales performance reports to management
Candidate must be a graduate of Marketing, Interior Design or related field
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the field of real estate, home development, interior design.
Technical knowledge on smart home devices is a plus.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate must have basic Math skills
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Familiarity with inventory procedures
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Availability to work flexible shifts
