We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Merchandising Specialist with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the pharmaceutical sector.
Create and maintain compelling merchandising displays in pharmacies and healthcare outlets.
Educate healthcare professionals and clients on product features and benefits.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations in all sales and marketing activities.
Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and merchandising (2+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.
