SALES AND MARKETING SPECIALIST
 
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote and distribute our product in the food industry, advertise our products in social media and direct meetings with clients to  enhance brand visibility. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to effectively reach our target markets.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both retail and food service sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Marketing Initiatives:
Develop and implement online social media marketing campaigns and find target market with right fit to promote bakery products for food service
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Customer Engagement:
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
Sales Reporting:
Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in product distribution to restaurants, cafes and retail spaces
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms, with proven return on marketing budgets 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
