Job Summary:The Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to promote the establishment, attract customers, and achieve revenue targets. This role will focus on highlighting the unique and sophisticated experience the venue offers, with its emphasis on retro music and a discerning clientele.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the brand and offerings.
Identify target markets and develop strategies to reach them.
Create marketing materials and campaigns that align with the company's vision.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage and grow customer relationships.
Manage the establishment's online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
Create engaging content that showcases the unique retro music experience.
Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics to track performance.
Plan and execute events and promotions to attract customers and generate revenue.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Evaluate the success of events and promotions and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Ability to develop and implement successful marketing and sales strategies.
Creativity and a passion for creating engaging experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of the Filipino market and consumer behavior.
Non- Negotiable Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years related work experience in marketing and sales
