Develop new accounts to avail non-life insurance services. Ability to cross-sell other allied products and services would be a bonus.
Conduct marketing activities via telemarketing and sales calls.
Provide accurate and prompt quotation / rates / endorsements to clients to fit their needs and requirements.
Handle claims of non-life insurance clients with professionalism and integrity.
Maintain outstanding relationships with colleagues, insurers and clients.
Promote First Global's services by visiting trade expos / trade fair to generate potential customers.
Provide regular updates to clients with regards to policies and claims.
Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing routine courtesy calls to existing clients.
Assist the account management team for follow-ups in payments.
Build and maintain a strong professional network in the insurance industry.
Coordinates with the management on the latest trends in the Philippine insurance industry.
Assist the customer service team on sustainability and improvement of the company's accounts.
Provides ad hoc duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
College graduate of a Management / Financial / Marketing course
Goal driven, pleasing personality, excellent networking & communication skills, and ability to establish good relationships with clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
At least one (1) year experience in the Philippine non-life insurance industry
Must be willing to work in Makati City
Purely on-site work, Mondays to Fridays at 8:00-5:00PM
