The position is primarily responsible in supporting the sales department with its goal to reach the target by improving online presence, developing online markets and looking for potential clients for exclusive and outright accounts.
Specific Duties
Conceptualizes and implements online marketing plans/efforts to increase market share and generate brand awareness;
Coordinates closely with PR and other marketing agencies;
Responsible for the logistics concerned in a marketing event;
Coordinates closely with the Creative Designer for the conceptualization and execution of brand presentation and marketing materials;
Constantly attuned with the latest and future market trends related to the brand;
Plans online marketing strategies;
Handles and maintains the company website;
Responsible for Burlington's online social media accounts;
Coordinates and communicates with online customers;
Processes online orders and updates product assortment in online platforms;
Looks for potential clients for exclusive and outright accounts, and other channels to sell our brands;
Close deals with prospective clients based on quota;
Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations, and standard procedure established;
Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; and
Perform other work-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Graduate of Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing / Management or any related course.
Solid backgound in sales is an advantage.
Preferably with experience making client calls.
Strong communication skills, both in oral and written.
Strong PR skills.
Personal computers and related software applications skills such as Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong attention to details.
Knowledgeable of the following:
Telemarketing and online media.
Sales & marketing processes.
Marketing strategies and techniques.
Highly systematic, competitive, confident, and team-centered.
Able to work with all the levels in the organization.
