Job Summary:
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will provide valuable support to the sales and marketing team in various administrative and operational tasks. Your role will involve assisting with the implementation of sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing communication channels, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets and marketing objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
Prepare sales and marketing materials, including presentations and promotional materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and support materials.
Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence, including content creation and scheduling posts.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to the sales team in lead generation and customer relationship management.
Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities, including sales data, customer information, and campaign performance metrics.
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and emerging technologies to support the team in making informed decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts is desirable.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
Office-based position with occasional travel required for events or meetings.
