JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the Business Development Manager on developing, managing and implementing the strategic marketing plan of assigned brands or categories and locations through strategy formulation, identifying segments and target customers, executing, monitoring, reporting, evaluation of effectiveness of programs (advertising, promotions, tactical activities), follows through to ensure sustainability of impact, and providing feedback to the Management.
Assesses market development and identify business opportunities within the sales channels-major chain drugstores, hospitals, government accounts, tender business, etc.
Analyzes market information, consumer insights, competitive forces, price trends, and trade dynamics and use these to defend or grow brands by using marketing research tools and methodologies to determine market requirements of current and future brands.
4. Prepares and conceptualizes collaterals and materials such as presentations, letters, videos, scripts, etc. to build product knowledge and marketing programs.
5. Assists in the conduct of franchise and investment opportunities to interested parties in coordination with the Business Development Manager
6. Conceptualizes and creates marketing collaterals for use across all marketing platforms of the company, and disseminates to branches for implementation
7. Conceptualizes and manages customer retention and relations programs, mechanisms and instruments.
8. Manages the digital and social media properties and platforms of the company and assists with branches social media management to ensure visibility and brand awareness.
9. Oversees conceptualization, preparation, participation, and management of events as required.
10. Assists with online sales management and leads generation for both B2B and B2C markets and platforms.
