SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
 
Qualifications:
Must possess Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or any business-related degree;
Applicants with at least one (1) year experience in Sales & Marketing, Commercial lending or other relevant field is an advantage;
Must have winning attitude and pleasing personality.
Job Description:
Executes all sales and marketing activities.
Acquires new clients.
Arranges and negotiates freight rates.
Maintains good relationship with all clients to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintains good relationship with carriers or shipping lines and other suppliers.
Prepares and presents quotations to customers and process actual booking.
Monitors actual bookings from loading, departure, and arrival of shipments, and provides status updates.
Attends and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
