Added services such as design consultancy, software training and most importantly the inclusion of “Project Office” heralding new partners for Architectural services, has evolved the company into carving a niche in architectural design and BIM consultancy. Adding to wit a specialty design-build service for parametric generated projects and BIM documentation brings a lot of depth and stability to our product and services line.

SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
Job Summary:
The company is interested in cultivating individuals who understands and can personify the goals and ideals of the firm and its partners.
The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned duties are carried on timely and efficiently. The right attitude gets the candidate into the program.
Responsibilities
Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager to achieve sales targets and create marketing plans
Research and identify potential customers to promote the company’s products and services
Maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing clients
Manage daily administrative tasks
Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
Manage the company's social media accounts and CRM
Work on special projects as assigned by the management
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
Experience in Social Media Marketing is a plus
Must be comfortable with working on a team or can handle individual tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and communications skills.
Organized and Flexible.
Strong customer service, analytical and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, research and multi-tasking abilities
Should possess the skill to work both in team and independently
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Willing to work from home temporarily with good internet connection
