Job Descriptions:
Manage day-to-day operations of office including administrative and customer service tasks
Act as a direct assistant for General Manager with various types of office tasks as necessary
Provide excellent customer service virtually to the clients
Find leads online (B2B businesses in United States) and sell our services via emails, potentially phone calls
Responsibilities:
Communicate closely with General Manager to plan and execute
Report any issues to your supervisor
Execute multi-tasking strategies and meet deadlines
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer service or sales on the phone
Proficient computer skills
Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently
Time management skills (being able to meet deadlines for multiple tasks)
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Monthly Salary:
20,000 - 25,000 PHP
Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break)
