Responsibilities:
Identifying new sales leads
Pitching products and/or services
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Reviewing contracts and legal documents related to key accounts and projects
Planning and overseeing new marketing and sales initiatives
Must have experience in selling to the Financial Services, FMCG, Retail, Telco, BPO Industry (Customer Service, HR, IT, Marketing, etc.)
Presenting to clients and leading meetings
When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include :
Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Training and managing personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Must have an experience in software product selling account management
2-3 years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Must have experience in selling to the Shared Services BPO Industry (Customer Service, HR, IT, Finance)
Proven sales track record
Experience with the Shared Services Industry and Software Development is a plus
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Computer Software / Engineering 3 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
