The Sales Account Executive shall be responsible for maintaining client accounts for WGC. His /Her responsibilities include liaising between the WGC team and the client, ensuring customers are satisfied with the products and services. He / She should demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills, and should be proactive in addressing the needs of the clients and managing the sales process from start to finish. He/ She should also assist in increasing the sales of all brands under WGC.
Design and implement strategic sales plan in coordination with the BUH
Manage client accounts
Acts as point of contact for clients
Identify potential new clients
Organize meetings with clients for requirements
Monitor and report sales performance
Suggest innovative ways to increase sales and enhance client experience
