Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Tasked with offering explanations on how the products solves specific customer problems, performing technical presentations and product demonstration and monitoring the market to advise on ways to continuously modify and improve products to meet customer needs.
Provide product, service or equipment technical and mechanical information by answering questions and requests.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements
Prepares cost estimates by studying related customer documents
Serves customers by identifying  their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services
Consult with customers and engineers/ technicians to assess equipment needs and system requirements.
Conduct factory / plant visit.  Suggestive / creative selling approach is being done within the visit and develop good relationship with the clients.
Orient the technical personnel assigned to demonstrate / demo a certain machine
Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
Provide additional information about the product being inquired and what matches their products
Help clients solve problems and explore options
Request for the actual product sample for testing / actual demo of the machine being considered.
