The Ops Sup Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
Update help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquires, as needed
Execute work assigned, including annual review certification and change requests
Serve as liaison to business for work assignments by asking fact finding questions, following up on open items and helping with content approval
Conduct needs assessment and update content or develop content related solutions according to business requirements
Research and seek out solutions to inquiries on help content and all other open items related to business including policy gaps and changes
Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments by requested due date
Ensure consistent application of team process controls
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Education:

Job Description
Accountable for processing, checking and signing off on end to end payroll GL and other related transactions for all legal vehicles administered by HRSS country Service Center covering all business segments and all types of employees.
Responsible for working in partnership with Citibank's vendor (as applicable) on any payroll GL related errors whilst processing payroll.
Partner and support Citibank's HR partners, business heads and designated authorized officers to deliver efficient and high level of customer service.
Responsible and accountable for general ledger and reconciliation along with responding to any Finance related queries as well as any proofing related queries.
To also ensure that corrective action is taken and case is seen through to closure within SLA/KPIs.
Accountable for ensuring HRSS is compliant with all local regulatory and legal requirements related to the accounting transactions posted
Responsible audit requirements are met both internal and external.
Responsible for the security and confidentiality of sensitive data that will be handled.
Accountable for creating and maintaining standard operating manuals for all payroll GL processes.
Drives change and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement within the HRSS team.
Responsible for keeping up to date knowledge on key HR and GL applications required to assist in processing payroll GL.
Accountable to meet all SLAs and KPIs.
May be required to perform other related work that may be assigned by direct Line Manager or management to meet the needs of the business.
Building strong relationships and partnering with Citibank's payroll vendor, internal stakeholders and technology.
Responsible and accountable for adhoc tasks assigned as well as testing as needed.
Job skills/qualifications
Graduate of Finance, Accounting or any Business related courses.
Minimum 2 years GL and/or proofing related work experience.
Proficient in the use of office applications (MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Proficient data structure and processes knowledge
Knowledgeable in various general ledger and sub ledger system/s.
Good accounting background
Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
Effective time management, documentation and organizational skills
Good problem-solving skills; is able to grasp complex issues and provide solutions
Strong interpersonal skills; has ability to develop strong partnership with stakeholders
Able to handle high volume of work
Able to rapidly learn technical and business techniques and knowledge
Action-oriented, logical and rational
Analytical and organized, with attention to detail
Independent, self-motivated, and is able to work with minimal supervision
Client-focused for exemplary customer service
