REPORTING LINE
Profiler and Classification Centre (PCC) Supervisor
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Evaluates the validity of risk information provided by the affiliates as well as those found in various websites and Publisher reports.
· Registers validated risk information in the Profiler application.
o Identifies the appropriate risk type, relevance and service applicability.
o Defines the key elements necessary for efficient matching to achieve good and relevant results.
o Ensures that the alert messages and recommended actions are clear and concise to facilitate users' understanding.
· Guides the Risk Management Team (RMT) of the affiliates in the registration of risk records in Profiler and interpretation of the generated Profiler Report.
· Ensures that the integrity of Profiler is maintained.
· Conducts periodic reviews of the registered risk records to validate if the risks are still relevant, and updates Profiler accordingly.
· Assists in the completion of tasks assigned to the Risk Specialist, as needed.
Qualifications
PROFILE
· With University degree or at least 1-year experience in international trade or import/export sector
· Good background in trade transactions.
· Good presentation skills.
· Knowledgeable about the principles of valuation and classification.
· With experience/training in risk management.
· Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
· Proficient in oral and written English.
