Then you just might love foodpanda. foodpanda (small f) is the world's favorite way to order food online. With hundreds of restaurants ready to receive orders via our website and mobile app, no one should have to suffer from the lack of variety or long queues to enjoy great food.
However this doesn't happen without some really awesome people making it happen! We are currently looking for an intern to join our team.
What's on the menu for you to do
Assist the Rider Compliance Team in identifying non-compliance issues of the riders and make sure that they are following the daily delivery processes.
Create analyses on rider behavior directly affecting their compliance to the delivery processes and protocols.
Help design, pilot, and evaluate new SOPs that will improve the current Rider Compliance system.
What do you bring to the table
Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and similar software
Has strong data analysis skills
An incumbent who is available to join us online 8 hours a day on weekdays, a minimum of 3-6 months
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Must be an academic requirement/OJT required.
