Acquire BPO is currently looking for Revenue Operations Billing Analyst to support us, RingCentral: The Revenue Operations Billing Analyst is responsible for ensuring inquiries from customers, sales and other departments are being actioned timely. The Analyst will be required to provide assistance in customer-related transactions and disputes to accommodate billing solutions. To succeed in this role you must have experience in: Handling and analyzing daily billing cases being assigned to the queue per territory. Assisting customers through email or call regarding their billing concerns. Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer. Provide assistance for Ad Hoc projects. Desired Qualifications: Has good communication skills. Knows how to review and assist with Professional Service and Contact Center billing. Knows how to reconcile and review invoices being disputed.
