REVENUE ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
 
The primary role of the Revenue Accounting Associate is responsible for checking the daily station shipment postings; reviews data for deficiencies.  This role is responsible for resolving posting discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process all station settlement payments in a timely manner including the Over/Under, settlement deductions and upload on the Intranet, etc.
Maintain settlement reports
Audit some shipments i.e.  debits/credits
Respond to stations questions/emails in regards to recaps
Verifies a variety of data for accuracy
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
Validates and processes vendor invoices
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Ability to maintain confidential station/customer and bank information in a responsible and secure manner
QUALIFICATIONS
College education preferably major in accounting  
Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Pivot table, VLOOKUP

10:00pm-7:00am PHT Monday to Friday
