Main Activities and Responsibilities:
·Ensure all entries related to e-product accounting are posted to general ledger in an accurate and timely manner and prepare financial reports for the area of e-products.
·Maintain strong internal controls by having a full understanding of all e-product accounting policies and ensure compliance and alignment across companies and business units.
·Deliver timely and adequate reporting.
·Communicates timely and effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, from IT to Operations to external auditors.
·Review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up of any reportable issues and exposures.
·Owner of SOX templates related to e-product accounting.
·Co-ordinate audit activities for e-products.
·Have a full understanding of all systems related to e-product accounting and participate in implementation of new applications, modules, systems upgrades and user acceptance testing.
·Responsible for application management of Revenue Engine Oracle module.
Approve and test changes to the system.
·Coordinate month end closing of Revenue Engine.
Lead and deliver on the changes needed to e-product accounting and reporting with new products, new businesses and acquisitions in close co-operation with BDS and GFS.
