Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION
Jointly in charge of resolving customer complaints and merchandise shortages. Recommends enhancements in customer service, drive store sales and enhance profitability. Pull and stage call orders. Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of product area. Maintains positive working relationships with store employees and customers. Ensures effective merchandise of products and displays to optimize sales and profitability. Engages in sales campaigns, offers excellent customer service in interactions. Support showroom floor members to select products. Determines and secure secondary retail display opportunities and review retail operations. Prepares reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
