We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Retail Account who are dedicated to helping customers, providing excellent service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience-whether online or in-store.
 
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist customers with order tracking, returns, product details, and billing concerns
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in every interaction
Meet performance targets such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
No BPO experience required; paid training will be provided
Good communication skills in English
Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
Must be willing to work onsite (if required)
