1. Functions as a Station Head reliever to fill the manpower gap nationwide by ensuring the proper administration of activities related to the operations of the assigned stations.
2. Responsible for the conduct and facilitation of refresher training on station-related programs, coaching and ensuring that all station personnel are updated with the on-going station programs in SEAOIL.
3. Leads the activities related to the improvement of station service quality and image.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Compliance to Company Standards Ensures that the organization's standard station operations policies and procedures are properly implemented, including but not limited to processes related to standard product receiving, product management and inventory, cash management, technical equipment management, station image standards, safety and security procedures, payment of utilities, requisition of station receipts or invoices, management of other requirements, and renewal of station permits, if applicable.
2. Inventory Management
2.1. Monitors product orders and station inventory.
2.2. Confirms daily product orders to the assigned Retail Coordinator.
2.3. Ensures that inventory and product management is properly implemented.
3. Cash Management Ensures that all cash on hand and deposit details are properly declared.
4. Station Performance Reporting Prepares and submits reports as scheduled.
5. Personnel and Customer Management
5.1. Supervises performance of all station personnel on a day-to-day basis.
5.2. Prepares shift schedules and monitors attendance of station personnel.
5.3. Manages customer complaints and coordinates any customer concerns to the assigned Retail Territory Manager and customer service personnel, if needed.
5.4. Prepares the Key Account's Statement of Account (SOA) and submits the same to the Key Account representative for billing and collection purposes.
5.5. Informs the assigned Retail Territory Manager and Collection, Ordering, and Scheduling representatives, if the current outstanding balance already maximized the applicable credit term.
5.6. Ensures high quality of customer service in the station.
6. Other Tasks
6.1. Conducts and facilitates in-station training specific to refresher courses on Basic Station Operations Training, Station Solutions and other station-related programs.
6.2. Administers training evaluation materials, checks, and submits the results to the Retail Solutions Station Training Team for further validation.
6.3. Performs in-station post-training activities such as coaching, mentoring, actual work observations and facilitation of feedback discussion to ensure that all learning gaps are fully addressed.
6.4. Ensures implementation of identified projects related to station improvements.
6.5. Performs other assigned tasks that are necessary to ensure the proper operation of the assigned station.
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
