We are looking for a Retail Operations Specialist who will be accountable for ensuring Picture of Success execution, excellence in execution, and driving the Service Level Agreement in the territory. He/she will also be responsible for resource management and serves as the face of Nestle in dealing with our agencies and key customer representatives. A day in the life of... Responsible for planning and execution of plans to achieve service level agreement with National Customer Group - eevisit and further improvement of plans until service level is achieved. Manages merchandising resources within set budget of the territory and reviews deployment to ensure it is in accordance to set standards and will support new stores based on agreed standard. Possess the right mindset (willingness to learn, fast learner) and behavior (masikap, may malasakit, motivated) and functionally competent of the different account processes on how to address/improve On Shelf Availability, Execution, Market Hygiene including the Merchandising Agency Management System once implemented. Ensures his/her assigned agency is compliant and equipped to train and execute the Merchandising Agency Management Standards (Day in a Life - Month in a Life) Drive operational compliance of his/her assigned agency to merchandising and Nestle policies and standard. Achievement of target coverage, resolution of gaps instore and development of productive business relationships with Customer store personnel. Accountable for timely, complete and accurate reports of merchandising agency (e.g. productivity, availability, execution, aging, competitor activities, price survey etc.). Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestle Philippines Sales Policy, Milk Code, Safety and Legal regulations What will make you successful Has had experience in Customer Management/Operations and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs Able to work cross-functionally with both internal & external teams Understands all sales functions i.e. Merchandising Operations, Commercial, CCSD,
