RETAIL OPERATIONS OFFICER
Qualifications:
Direct supervision of retail coordinator,store managers/supervisor of stand alone shops, and retail coordinator for concessionaires and consignment outlet.
Preparation, computation of sales quota and dissemination to Store Managers /supervisor/promo girls
Organize and facilitate office day meeting of Store Managers/Supervisors every quarter of the month and promo girls meeting every month
Attend to all store operation concerns (new store policies, signages, module, stockroom, improvement on the existing area)
Regular store visit, coordination with Mall authorities/Business partners , any installation of fixture and store improvements.
