The Ortus Club is looking for an organised and meticulous Research Coordinator in enhancing and managing Ortus operational activities.
As a Research Coordinator, you will deliver curated, highly-targeted, and accurate lead lists for Project Coordinators.
The goal is to enhance the work of the operations team and build an accurate and targeted list of leads for different projects. The quality of your contact lists defines the effectiveness of our events.
Responsibilities:
Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
Understanding project brief and finding the right and accurate leads for each project using various research tools
Kickstarting initial research for projects and assisting project coordinators in any advanced research requirements for projects
Providing quality assurance of imported data
Helping develop reports and analysis
Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
Assessing quality of research tools
Supporting Research Head
Data driven and analytical
Must be based or willing to travel to Metro Manila
Fluency in English with impeccable grammar
Basic knowledge on tools such as: Google Sheets, Slides, etc.
Great attention to detail
Impeccable work ethic and high level of energy
Preferred 2-3 years work experience in any business related field
Willing to work a shifting schedule depending on the needs of the client
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Marketing / Advertising / Sales 5 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
The Ortus Club curates high-end executive knowledge-sharing sessions in the form of roundtable discussions. These in-person, or virtual events provide an intimate and confidential setting for senior decision-makers to discuss pressing topics that affect them and their business.
