Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Evaluate new raw materials for product development and possible raw material substitution.
2. Evaluate qualities of existing products and new products against competitor.
3. Revise and improve qualities of existing product whenever necessary.
4. Conduct research and formulate new products coordinating with sales and marketing team and Technical Manager.
5. Perform physical testing on liquid properties and film properties of applied new developed product.
6. Set standards for the new and existing products including the shelf life of the products.
7. Design manufacturing procedure for the new developed product to train the production personnel on efficient processing.
8. Supervise first production batch of new developed product to train the production personnel on efficient processing.
9. Prepare samples of new developed product for customer’s evaluation.
10. Coordinates with sales and marketing team for any concerns with regards to new projects and samples submitted.
11. Create and revise BOM, test procedures, and specifications whenever there are changes.
12. Assists all activities of the Technical Manager as may be assigned.
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Competence Requirements :
Graduate of BS Chemistry, or its equivalent.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Willing to learn with a teachable spirit.
Critical thinker.
Ability to distinguish colors/color matching.
