Overview of the role:
To provide comprehensive support to the Supply Chain Management and Procurement (SCMP) APAC Team Lead, Stakeholders/Clients on Account and SCMP APAC Team Members in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes. Help achieve completion of the project globally.
What this job involves:
Assists the Team Leader on day-to-day operations
Gathers, verifies and manipulates data for report generation
Help drive critical business decisions by analysing metrics and designing reports
Create and design report templates that the Team members can use to generate reports themselves. Intention is to have minimal need for explanation of data and maximize the value of the system/tool through actionable insights
Adoption Metrics - 100% of reports sent as per agreed frequency. Drive adoption of the System/Tool through reporting of key metrics
Working with Key Operation stakeholders across the account globally
Look to innovate with new reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) technologies to help minimize workload involved with generating all types of report
Sound like you? You need to have/be:
Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of Service Providers, Client Representatives and JLL Stakeholders
A good eye for detail
Sound written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to deal with ambiguity & complex problems
Organizational and time-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables daily
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines
Good MS Office skills, highly skilled in MS Excel, analytical and reporting skills
Decision-making skills
Can work independently and minimal supervision
