In this role, you'll manage day-to-day operations-from AP and AR cycles to general ledger tasks, cash flow tracking, and reporting. If you have a solid grasp of accounting principles, thrive in handling diverse finance processes, and can tackle system tickets and ad-hoc tasks with ease, we want you on our team! Responsibilities:
Manage contract renewals and ensure timely execution
Generate accurate invoices and resolve billing issues
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance for alignment
Maintain customer records in billing and CRM systems
Oversee debt collection and improve billing processes
Monitor and close support tickets within finance team
Ensure compliance with local reporting (e.g., BIR)
Respond to audit requests and handle ad-hoc finance tasks
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
3+ years of accounting experience with relevant qualifications
Familiarity with NetSuite, Sage, FloQast, or similar systems
Strong understanding of AR/AP cycles and collection strategies
Accuracy and compliance with policies and standards
Proficiency in Office 365 and advanced Excel skills
Experience with global banking platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Hands-on experience in shared services or centralized finance operations
