Hi there!
We're looking for a budding web graphics designer to join our team! This will be a full time 8-5 Philippine standard time, work from home position.
1. Experience with at least one of the following programs (experience with multiple or all programs is a plus)
- InVision studio
- Figma
- Adobe xD
- Sketch for Mac
2. Demonstrable web design skills with a strong portfolio
3. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
4. The ability to read and follow project direction and execute design to the client/account managers description. A rational thought process to ask questions about the project direction or offer ideas that go beyond the original project description, if a different solution seems an effective option.
5. Design web content and run quality control checks on projects ensuring that assets are compatible with brand standards related to visual style/branding guidelines and that web edits are working properly before submitting.
6. Conduct creative research that will support chosen strategies when appropriate.
7. Has a strong desire to learn new technologies, keeping with the current design and web trends, while adapting or changing status-quo when the industry demands it.
8. Ability to work under creative direction and respond positively to feedback and critique.
9. Fluent in written and spoken English
