Manage insurance billing and collections for assigned facilities
Review and process claims with a high degree of accuracy
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with payers and facility staff
Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Utilize billing software and tools to ensure efficient workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in insurance billing and collections, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
Fast learner with adaptability to new applications and tools
Must meet the technical and professional standards demonstrated by our current remote team members
