JOB DESCRIPTION
DOCUMENTATION
· Making sure that all of the documents such as LTO, FDA License, PDEA Permit, CPR’s, distributor agreement, and other documents are updated and organized
· Catering to documents needed by MSR’s for hospital inclusion, bidding, or shopping
· Orderly filing of permits, CPR’s and other necessary documents
· Filling up and checking the accuracy of the information of PDEA permits and other important documents for PDEA use
· Keeping the pricelist updated with approval from the Accounting and Finance Department and Management
· Handles queries or concerns regarding permits, stocks, requirements, or documents needed by PSR’s
· Process renewal of city hall and barangay hall permits
· Handles the following company accounts: company email, PHILGEPS, and FDA ePortal
· Issue sales invoices and/or delivery receipts to customers
· Filing and recording of daily sales transactions
STOCK MANAGEMENT
· Receive and release stocks delivered from Cebu or from supplier/s
· Monthly inventory to be forwarded to the Accounting and Finance Department
· Release stocks as per purchase order of the customers and record the transaction for deliveries
· Maintenance of the stock room; keeping the stocks safe, in good order, and correct inventory especially the dangerous drugs.
· Keeping the pricelist updated with approval from the Accounting and Finance Officer
CLERICAL/ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
· Perform any clerical duties as assigned by other departments
JOB QUALIFICATION
- MUST BE A GRADUATE OF BS PHARMACY
- MUST BE A LICENSED PHARMACIST
