REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow regional sales operations to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, distributors, and key accounts
Conduct regular sales calls, product presentations, negotiations, and close deals
Handle inquiries and transactions from regular, walk-in, and project-based customers
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and pricing for standard and project sales
Identify new business opportunities through market research, field visits, and competitor analysis
Monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and compliance with credit terms
Coordinate with finance and accounting for billing, collections, and account reconciliation
Follow up on receivables and maintain proper documentation of payments
Resolve customer concerns related to pricing, delivery, and payment issues professionally
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates
Participate in sales planning, reviews, and management meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferably 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
Proficient in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Personal Attributes:
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Strong customer focus with a pleasing personality
High sense of urgency and accountability
Persistent, resilient, and able to work under pressure
Additional Requirements:
Must be willing to travel extensively (100%)
