The primary task of the Recruitment Specialist is to meet the hiring goals of the company.
This would include all the subtasks or the entire recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, conducting and coordinating interviews, facilitating job offers and onboarding of candidates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in BS Psychology, HRDM or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Able to do end to end recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding)
• Experience in handling job portals and applicant tracking status are an advantage.
