What you will do
Responsible for effective and fast end-to-end recruitment processes both internally and externally.
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver recruitment needs.
Execute sourcing and screening of Indirect Labor including Leadership positions.
Proactive coordination with departments for interviews. And organize assessment and hiring decision meetings.
Create, seek approval for, roll out and close out candidate offers. Ensure internal and external equity.
Update the WorkDay System for Recruitment
Coordinate with the Compensation and Benefits Section for the compensation and benefits concern of New Hires
Implement an efficient and effective Onboarding program for New Hires until they become regular employees.
What you will need
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
With more than 5 years of working experience in Recruitment
Can interpret Intelligence and Behavioral Tests
