Recruitment SpecialistConnectOS

The Recruitment Specialist is mainly responsible in connecting with potential candidates from screening to onboarding. S/he will work closely with Hiring Managers in discussing and establishing qualification requirements, formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them. In this role, you will utilize creative sourcing strategies in order to attract suitable applicants, analyze recruitment process and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
Understand all requirements by consistently syncing up and immersing with hiring managers.
Schedule and conduct intake meetings for all hiring requests.
Build rapport and trust with the hiring team.
Educate the stakeholders on the Talent Acquisition selection process
Manage candidate interview schedules with the selection team
Conduct end to end recruitment activities from sourcing to job offer:
Attend recruitment calibration calls with Hiring managers.
Effectively utilize all recruitment tools and channels in sourcing for best fit candidates.
Conduct paper screening and initial interviews of candidates.
Prepare assessment forms and quality-check all documents being sent out to clients and hiring managers.
Schedule, facilitate, and conduct briefs on client interviews.
Update records in the recruitment system.
Prepare and execute job offer and employment contracts.
Conduct reference checks and ensure candidates' completion of pre-employment requirements.
Schedule hired candidates.
Submit the required recruitment reports as scheduled.
Provide excellent client and candidate service experience
Effectively demonstrate best practices and promote brand awareness
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 5 years end-to-end recruitment experience
Proven experience in targeted sourcing for hard to fill vacancies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Multitasking and prioritization ability
