Job Description
Work with recruiters and hiring managers to conduct screening interviews determine whether the applicant possesses the necessary skills for the role and invite back for further interviews
Help craft and post job listings on job recruitment boards and other websites to attract skilled applicants
Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
Assess all MRF (manpower request form) being submitted by the hiring managers. Ensuring details completeness, within the approved cost per position and based on the approved manpower before submitting to the recruitment manager.
Updating and monitoring of organizational chart plantilla
Keep tracks of all MRF and prepares weekly report to hiring and HR manager
Ensure that timeline for all successful candidates is being met, provides update on hiring manager for candidates on-boarding schedule
Monitor the performance of HR recruiters conducts evaluations and provides feedback
Maintain quality service by following Company Standards.
Make Photocopies, filing and performs other clerical functions as required.
Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings
Support and assistance in company sponsored events, program, and trainings.
Other task that may assign time to time by HR Manager
