About the Role
You will join the global talent team and your primary focus will be to help find the best and brightest talent around the world. You will learn about the different cultures while helping to staff our international locations. This role requires an energetic person that is comfortable with technology related roles and is also passionate about people. This is an in-house role that will be part of an internal global team supporting talent, recruitment and staffing processes for Equus Software.
This is a full-time role with hours that can flex to cover various needs. For example:
First Half of week: 4pm to 1am PHST, covering Lisbon, London and US.
Second Half of week: 12 noon - 9pm PHST to cover Philippines and Europe.
Ability to work remote when needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive recruiting and staffing processes for multiple roles across the company.
Utilize talent tools such as ATS software, job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Source for skill matches, utilizing specialized tools, social media or other internet channels.
Determine the best candidates to take forward out of the pool of applicants.
Develop job descriptions, job postings and job applications.
Perform candidate screening (phone, video), document results and communicate next steps.
Facilitate technical testing processes and communicate results to appropriate parties.
Coordinate candidate interviews in various locations using various formats.
Ensure documentation is provided to the appropriate parties, collected and filed correctly.
Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure positive engagement throughout the process.
Perform job close down while ensuring candidate communications are always affirming and positive.
Perform reference checks and support pre-onboarding activities as needed.
Suggest new ways of finding talent and getting the word out via social media.
Create talent pipelines to seed future openings.
Lead recruiting initiatives or events, such as college level recruitment or social media advertising campaigns.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Bachelors in Business, Technology, HR or other related industry (or comparable experience).
Excellent English - both verbal and written.
Three or more years of experience staffing for technical jobs such as software developers, business analysts, quality assurance, operations or client services.
Ability to work different shifts as needed (noted above).
Strong rapport building skills and strong written/verbal English skills.
Experienced with Microsoft tools such as word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
Comfortable communicating and posting via social media.
Passion for people, success and positive work environments.
Experience with college or university recruitment.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Software and LinkedIn Recruiter software.
Nice to Have
Experience as a technical recruiter in a staffing agency
Multi-lingual (English, Filipino, Japanese, Portuguese)
Knowledge of Global Mobility Industry
Experience with marketing and advertisements
Experience with Jira/Confluence
Experience supporting Background Investigation processes
Experience creating and documenting new business processes
Experience with Excel charts or reporting
