Description
- Proactive in end-to-end sourcing efforts on sourcing platforms (Linkedin, Dice, Indeed. Monster, etc)
- Identify qualified candidates to fill specific roles and be able to prepare them for interviews.
- Review resumes and conduct phone interviews with qualified candidates.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly minimum production goals.
- Track applicant flow and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 18 months of experience in BPO volume hiring
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment is required
- Familiarity in using online job portals and social media channels
- Experience in doing call outs or applicant invites
- Experience in handling external recruitment activities
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient in MS Office
- Can start immediately
