OA is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for Clients around the world from its Makati & Davao, Philippine operations centers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Does end-to-end recruitment process
• Posts on all job site
• Sources candidates based on manpower requirements
• Helps sort resumes and applications for job openings
• Arranges interviews by sending text messages, calling or emailing candidates
• Conducts preliminary or initial interviews
• Administers all necessary exams to applicants
• Facilitates client interviews if needed
• Participates in recruitment events
• Conducts job offers
• Provides horizontal support to other staff members of the HR department
• Performs clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning and scheduling of meetings related to recruitment
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• W/ at least 1 year exp. in the recruitment field
• Can start immediately and willing to work in Davao City, Philippines
