Job Summary:
The job holder shall be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for Associates to Specialist level and making sure that the requirements are fulfilled based on the hiring timeline.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calibrates with the hiring managers for new requirements.
Posting of job advertisement to job boards and social media sites.
Conducts sourcing of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
Administration of skills assessment exam to assess the level of technical skills and knowledge of candidates who meet the basic qualifications.
Conducts interview to assess the candidate's motivation, culture fit, credentials and suitability to the position.
Endorses qualified candidates to the hiring managers.
Provides timely and accurate feedback to hiring managers.
Extends employment offer to qualified candidates and discussion of the pre-employment requirements.
Collects the pre-employment requirements and ensures the completeness of the required documents.
Responsible for the creation of the new employee's 201 file.
Coordinates new hire onboarding and orientation.
Maintains and updates the recruitment database.
Assists in the implementation of recruitment strategies (i.e. university partnership, career fair etc.)
Protects and maintains the confidentiality of employee information.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
At least 2 years of working experience in end to end recruitment process is required for this position.
