About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all billable revenue is captured accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and possess a strong understanding of billing workflows and client invoicing processes.As a Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for managing client billing workflows through multiple platforms, including direct billing, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and reverse invoicing. Your duties will include:
Ensuring timely and accurate billing of clinician hours
Reviewing clinician timekeeping records, creating invoices, and submitting them to clients
Entering billing data into client systems or uploading files as needed
Validating client-provided time reports
Managing invoice approval processes with clients
Communicating directly with clients regarding billing disputes and escalations
Monitoring accounts receivable balances
Processing invoice rejections in a timely and accurate manner
Acting as a liaison between RCM and cross-functional teams
Supporting other billing-related projects and initiatives as assigned
