Job Description:
Job offer Coordinator is a member of the Philippine Talent Acquisition Team who plays a strategic role to ensure efficiency in the Job Offer process with candidate experience in mind and contribute to the overall hiring targets of the CCB TA Team.
Performance Improvement
·Ensure adherence to the company's compensation philosophy in acquiring talent
·Real time raising of flags, pain points in the process that hinders the approval of offers within the set SLA
·Conduct Benefits discussion to candidates
·Own discussion and negotiation with the candidate on fully approved salary
·Know when to engage Recruiter in negotiating offers with candidates
·Convert offers from JO endorsement until closure within the set SLA
·Manage reassigning of job offers to other team members in a timely and strategic manner
Administrative Tasks
·Set expectations to candidates on the Job Offer process and collect proof of income
·Create job offers of candidates using the offer calculator or approved salary matrix for RWE.
·Route Job Offer to correct approval path
·Ensure accuracy of routed offers
·Follow through with Job Offer Approvers
·Extend fully approved Job Offer to candidate in the system
·Load candidates in the candidate list for transition to onboarding
·Generate reports as needed
Research and Validation
·Validate offer rejects real time and determine audit accountability
·Investigate offer rejects to know root cause, engage with relevant stakeholders on the any need for alignment and determine course of action
Relationship Management
Oversee the hiring progress of class assigned in terms of pending offers , approval follow through, red flags and on time endorsement to Onboarding
Ensure that action items and timelines are clear to the relevant stakeholders and oversee progress of offers until closure
Own relationship management with stakeholders (Rec Delivery Team, HMs, Rec Leads, Onboarding) on class updates/flags
Risk & Controls
Conduct audit for assigned requisitions in terms of cost center matching of req versus position code to avoid future offer fails for the Team and start date delays
Due diligence checks: (attachments, app tracker entries, reloc etc)
Continue to mitigate risks in terms of future audit fail through process alignment initiatives or reinforcements
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 year Recruiting or HR experience required, secondment experience in Recruitment can be accommodated
Willing to go on mainly day shift (9/10am) but flexible to slide to mid shift (11am/12pm) based on business' needs
