Job Description:
The Quality Specialist executes Controls QA testing against established criteria; testing, however, requires subject matter expertise with the ability to draw inferences, identify root cause, and make recommendations for corrective action.
Internal Description
This individual:
performs the quality assurance exam to ensure consistency and accuracy,
provides verbal and written summaries of findings and corresponding corrective actions
engages supporting business partners to discuss issues
monitors for changes in the operational environment and recommends potential enhancements to testing
recommends and implements enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems
executes and manages QA testing across multiple programs
ensures testing job aids are kept current and are beneficial tools for others
Position requires some amount of experience in operational quality assurance.
Required skills include:
