The Senior QA automation engineer is responsible for the testing and implementation of IVR applications & Call Routing Modules to meet complex business needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject-matter expert in IVR application QA best practices
Collaborate closely with business partners and interface teams to clarify and fulfill requirements from design through acceptance and implementation
There is no on-call support requirement, however you will sometimes be required to work off-hours as needed to support implementation windows

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of enterprise-scale IVR application QA experience or 5+ years functional testing experience
Experience working on large scale projects with complex data integration points
Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
Test planning
Test case design
Test case execution
Test data management
Defect management
Approach work with curiosity and present suggestions for improvements
Troubleshoot defects and assist in resolution
Perform work independently
Proficiency with automated IVR testing, ideally Cyara
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work closely with your teammates in a matrixed organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using the Agile software development methodology
Experience testing IVR applications & Call Routing system on a Cisco, Avaya or Genesys platform
Experience testing web services (or APIs) with tools such as SoapUI
Experience on Selenium Automation system
