Job Description:
The position will be part of JPMC's EDSE Performance Quality and Operational Analytics. The Centralized Quality Assurance or CQA team is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of monitoring HR functions. The CQA team is responsible for evaluating and establishing streamlined and standard quality reviews globally across different HR Product/Servicing groups. The team is responsible for Quality review, management reporting, monitoring specialist, and analyzing HR products/servicing processes. In addition, partnering with teams to update/document/train on processes; provide possible improved efficiencies and controls as part of the process. The Quality team is responsible for sustained compliance based on firm guidelines or self-identify issues and corresponding global solutions.
The Professional will primarily be responsible for evaluation activities, stakeholder relationships, analysis/reporting of findings, and other quality related processes. These may include case/call/email reviews, monitoring, and/ or escalated issues to determine root cause and possible solution implementation.
Additionally, the position entails creating and updating procedures, communicating results, and capable of identifying defects in quality & recording these. The Professional is instrumental in raising issues or procedure gaps and able to analyze problems as necessary. Will also assist in disputes, escalated issues, and work with various levels of management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct effective/efficient quality evaluations at a high volume or pace
Conduct Quality Assurance reviews: Evaluate results, create metrics, recommend / manage revisions and improvement strategies.
Facilitate/participate in calibration sessions
Complete all assigned tasks & deliverables as assigned
Ability to produce high-quality written reports, for use at Executive level
Ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze data and draw logical conclusions
Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Assess need, recommend, and drive Quality across Global HR functions
Effectively partner with key/non-key stakeholders in creating, communicating, and driving the Quality Assurance agenda for HR functions
May be responsible for project implementation along with conducting QA reviews
Review samples and generate review population for processing
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Quality assurance/ monitoring/ controls or Quality within Operations, HR, or other areas
Experienced using SharePoint required
Intermediate level of technology skills including experience with using MS office Suite
Relevant experience with demonstrated ability to execute responsibilities in a highly regulated and process driven atmosphere
Established analytical/ reporting/ project management/ Agile skills
Experience using Quality/ CORE/ Auditing tools
Highly motivated individual with demonstrated ability to coach, lead, and inspire team.
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong/effective quantitative and qualitative analysis skill
Ability to lead and work on several concurrent projects
Strong communication verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence staff at all levels
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to adjust schedule as needed, based on business needs
