About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Assurance Director...
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop multiple Quality Assurance teams of managers and professional individual contributors with focus on delivering services of moderate to high complexity and risk for cross-functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with Quality Assurance functional area, or who are affected by its outcomes
Direct and administer highly complex Quality Assurance programs
Interpret, execute, and recommend modifications to companywide policies
Set quality assurance activities and standards
Direct and coordinate the Quality Assurance function for the organization
Represent the Quality Assurance function for more experienced management and customers
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Quality Assurance
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications, US:
18+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
14+ years of Management experience
